Kelly’s Leadership acumen extends beyond only her time as a manager but is best highlighted by her mentorship of staff at Oliver C Joseph. Focusing on helping staff set and achieve both personal and professional goals, she mentored them with a 13% promotion rate. Not just managing her own team of up to 9 BDC agents at a time, Kelly also assisted in managing the sales force of up to. 15 salespeople at a time. Kelly was responsible for developing most processes for the sales, Internet, and cross-departmental activities. She was also responsible for implementing training. and providing support for all technology integrations and migrations at the store, including the change of CRM and DMS systems.
In her time at Audi Kirkwood., Kelly was able to reduce base pay expenditures by 22% by taking on additional duties typically performed by the new car manager and used car manager. As a smaller location, this allowed for a more streamlined sales process. Creating and implementing F&I processes, CRM and Lead handling processes, follow-up and turnover processes, as well as inventory processes, Kelly helped to modernize and streamline the variable operations side of the dealership.
Kelly has made amazing use of her time as a board member at the Six Mile. She has helped to train over 50 volunteers as well as create and implement a number of processes. Dividing groups of volunteers by preferred activities and duties, Kelly has also increased retention and engagement. Skills. Most notably, however, she has been able to work with the volunteers and the community to increase the number of events hosted by the Six Mile by over 650%.
