Finance & Insurance Management and adjacent duties throughout Kelly’s professional career have resulted in substantial growth of profits while providing clients with valuable insights, education, coverages, and sustainable financing. She excels at building client relations through education and compassion for those to whom “life happened” and found themselves outside of the ideal FICO score range, with limited funds or any number of hurdles. Not afraid of hard work and being of service, Kelly routinely dug into complex situations to find a way to help a customer get into a car and make their dreams come true.  These efforts revitalized the special finance segment with 800% growth at Oliver C. Joseph and 500% at Audi.

With equal compassion and a willingness to do the work others would walk away from, Kelly also excelled at remote deliveries and cash deals. During her time with Audi, the store averaged 45% cash deals and  22% remote deliveries. Undeterred, Kelly was able to maintain her 7-year streak of 15% Y/Y gross increases by modernizing the store’s processes providing clients with education, thorough communication, and strategic recommendations.

Using her marketing background, Kelly was able to dig into market research to develop new processes and outreach plans to grow Business contracts and sales by over 650%. Building a deeper relationship with local business owners in the community and helping highlight savings opportunities, the B2B segment also went on to impact the fixed operations through incremental business gains and wholesale contracts. 

As a  Board Member at the Six Mile, Kelly used her financial insights, research skills, and business knowledge to massively grow the small and almost forgotten socity and museum into a thriving community hub.
